ListBox Macro

I'm having troubles with a ListBox Input Selection Form. Does not allow me to edit it by double-clicking on the macro.
Suggestions?

Have you accidentally changed the macro name (SELECT_name)? Have you changed the type of the command (should be Send)?
Could you try entering the macro again?
