Hotkey only active in Window Title [5.10]

Hi,
I recently updated to 5.10 on my Windows 11 machine.
Now, it seems like my Shortcuts which are restricted to specific windows are not working any more. The shortcut work well, when I remove the given title. This reduces my shortcuts a lot because I have a bunch of duplicated keys which differ only in the title.
Is it me, again? Because the colour issue was caused by myself.

Nothing changed in 5.10, please check your settings or contact our support.

I went into the settings right after installing 5.10 just to see what's new. While doing that, I have changed some settings.
My restricted shortcuts are working again, when disabling <Correct sentence capitals>.
Preferences > Functions > Auto-correct > Correct sentence capitals
I cannot see any connection between that. But I can give up on letter case corrections.

This is still an issue in 5.12

Hi,
This is still an issue in 5.14.
Has someone found a workaround?
