Autocomplete "bug"

When I goto settings, and head to autocomplete, learned.txt.
When I open the learned.txt and try to delete an entry; the entry is deleted.
When I press save and press the ok BUTTON, the OK BUTTON does not respond.
If I goto the toolbar and press the X button, am prompted to save.
If I open the learned file, the deleted entry is still there.
Also when I close settings, and continue my work; AUTOCOMPLETE now is showing double results.

I tried on our end and cannot reproduce this, there must be something else. I suggest we discuss it via email.

The setting highlighted in red "DISPLAY SUGGESTIONS AS YOU TYPE", is causing an issue [when turned on].

Am not 100% sure, but there is another setting in TEXT EXPANDER causing a problem.
a fix for "DISPLAY SUGGESTIONS" first is needed, to troubleshot the other settings.
