I downloaded new version to replace 3.18 but it won't open when start menu icon or .exe in program files is clicked. There's no icon in the notification area either. Please advise.

Could you try to re-install and restart the computer? If this doesn't help then the aplication must be blocked by another software - please check.

Marko, I edited my post (but don't see the edit). Bitdefender had flagged the upload as dangerous. Temporarily disabling Bitfender allowed me to download the new version. Thanks for getting back to me. You're always the best at being so prompt.
