Rewarding the uninvolved and punishing the blameless

I participated in the development of version 5, I provided Czech localization of version 5,
I received a registration key for FastKey for my efforts. That seemed like a fair deal to me.

That's why I participated in the beta testing of version 6. Version 6 was released, which I installed, and a warning started popping up that I had an unregistered version. The registration key sent could not be used. I thought it was an error in the distribution of the license type. I contacted support, but no one responded to my repeated emails.

If this is a deliberate act on the part of FastKeys, I request that the Czech localization be removed from the FastKeys distribution and my name be removed from the credit list.

Cool down, we have answered all your emails, multiple times, including sending you the most recent registration keys at the day of v6 release. Maybe you just need to check your spam folder.

I apologize for the misunderstanding. I did find your last email (27th March) in spam. Since I use freemail, I only have last month's mails in my Spam folder. I would like to request a resend of the registration code for FastKeys v.6. Thank you..

Well handled.
Having worked in software for 46 years, I haven't seen a more polished reply.

Keep up the good work.

Kind regards

Alex
