Shortcut Open Clipboard Manager

I've requested this a long time ago and it was agreed this needs to change.
When triggering the clipboard hotkey, the clipboard manager should appear, not just the little text box.
What is this, like ten lines of code? Am I going to be dead before this gets fixed?

A separate shortcut for a Clipboard Manager will be available in the next release, planned for September. Thanks for your patience.
