Can't get menu screen to show

I'm a newbie to Fastkeys. I have been using ActiveWords but with the new computer I just got I wanted to try something that was more user friendly; but...

When I first loaded the software the main menu popped up I entered one Text Expander. It didn't work until I rebooted my computer then it works fine. Unfortunately I cannot open the Fastkeys menu again. When I left click the Fastkeys shortcut I see a brief message that says Fastkeys is loading and then when I type my "string" into a Word document the Substitute replaces it; so I know Fastkeys is working.

I've tried mouse touching the top border (tried all borders), right clicked the Fastkeys icon, and "ctrl-1" as I recall that as a shortcut but none of these work. Now, even as I type the word recall when the letters "rec" are typed I get a popup that I assume is Fastkeys.

It looks like it will be a very valuable program if I can get to the menu.

Thanks

Few things to try:
- left click on FastKeys Tray icon (small arrow icon on the very bottom right of the screen). If the Tray icon is missing, click the triangle icon in the task tray and drag the FastKeys icon into the system tray to make it permanently visible.
- right click on FastKeys Tray icon and select Settings from the menu.
- select any text and press Ctrl+1. A small selection should show up - select Add to Text Expander.

Please let me know if this helps.

It was in the Hidden Icons where things like Printers etc, are. I did not expect it to be there so didn't look. I can continue going forward now. Thanks.
