Using Text Expander expander for the following

114 Windermere Blvd
Bath, Ontario
K2L 1H2

but it comes out
114 Windermere Blvd

Bath, Ontario

K2L 1H2
How do I remove extra space after paragraph?

Could you try again by retyping the phrase manually? It may be that some special hidden characters were copied.
