Volume control with mouse

The volume control can be set to adjust with the mouse wheel when the cursor is on the right side of the screen. However, it might be more efficient to enable this feature on the left side of the screen instead. On certain webpages that have multiple scrollbars, moving the cursor to the right side to scroll can inadvertently trigger the volume control. Therefore, adding support for volume control on the left side of the screen would be a beneficial enhancement.
