Could not close the previous instance of this script. Keep waiting?

Hi,

I dont understand, i have the following message when i start windows.

"Could not close the previous instance of this script. Keep waiting?"

But can't erase it.

No start script.

In case of such issue open Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Escape) and manually close the application.
