Te for shutdown

I created te string for normal shutdown and after i use it and start the pc the pc takes 1:16 sec to boot whereas if i manually shutdown and start the pc it takes only 13s,why there is lot of difference in booting time and how to reduce the time to 13s.I double tested this.Measured time with stop watch

Have you tried all scripts in the Library? For example, there is a difference between a shutdown and hibernate.
You can also try various options:

There is nothing to be fixed in FastKeys.
Shutdown is a Dos command - change it as you like: https://www.computerhope.com/shutdown.htm

If it's nothing to be fixed then why does if i manually shutdown pc boots faster and ... there's a problem.
