I repeatedly send a screenshot of a document on photoshop via email and looking to automate this process.

The default window screen to paint won't work as a don't actually want to the software in use.

To answer the whys, screenshot is to preview the document to a client. The document is usually a massive size so a select all > copy + paste would not be suitable.

I suppose saving a jpg for preview at a set size would work, but I assume it would be more complex?

Help/advice is greatly appreciated.

This would require a very complicated script. Why can’t you simply use a Snipping tool (see a FastKeys shortcut) to copy a part of a screen and then paste it to the mail?

That's what I do at the moment. With how good Fastkeys has been good for me I was hoping for a 1 click to send to customer type deal. When its done many, many times a day it would be quite helpful!

No worries.
