How about adding auto-complete functionality to your software? Then it would be pretty much complete! ;)

Hi Mica,

thanks! Auto-complete is certainly high on the priority list. I hope it will be ready for one of the next versions of FastKeys.

Great to hear that this is a high priority Marko, because this would as the original commenter mentioned, really round out your automation feature set!

Yes, Auto-complete functionality is under way. But we want to make it right. The ideas are to include dictionaries for major languages and maybe also auto-learning capabilities.

That would be great. I don't know about the others but my suggestion would be to forget about dictionaries. I have used several similar software and dictionaries are always either too big or too small and never exactly what you need. Start with empty database with automatic learning of user input so each user would create his own word list. That would be something!!! Sorry if I demand too much here! Anyway, please keep with your good work.

Good point, thanks! This is one of many decisions we will need to make. ;)

I am currently using PhraseExpress. Vero good, and very expensive. I have not used your program yet, but I think a way to import dictionaries or other snippets is essential.

Then you have the choice to use it or not.

There are lot's of existing repositories for snippets from textexpander etc that can be very useful.

Thanks for your input, auto complete standard language dictionaries will certainly be included.

I'm not familiar with Text Expander snippets. Do you have a link of some repository with examples? Thanks.

Hey Marko! Thanks for the new version!

I still need to play with all possibilities of a new auto-complete feature but a first impression is excellent. I like that I can actually add my commonly used longer phrases into my own dictionary and recall them quickly when writing. Definitely very flexible and powerful!

This software really rocks!
