[BUG] If Rich Text, Selection Forms with Checkbox type double the Before and After texts in the final output

As per title, if you have a Selection Form with Checkboxes formatted as Rich Text, it will double up your before and after outputs, like so:
Checkbox options:
A
B
C
Before output: 1
After output: 2
For instance, if selecting A and C, the final output will be "11 A and C 22", instead of "1 A and C 2".
Changing to No formatting solves the issue.
