Copy several phrases in a text editor and open the Clipboard Manager window. Start deleting the rows one by one. When only one row remains it cannot be deleted. This is a bug in my opinion, because this position will always remain blocked with something copied.

Thanks. This is actually by design, I see no use of deleting regular Windows clipboard content.
