I recently started using the professional version of Fast Keys with a small group of users on my team so we can share a central database of autocomplete suggestions that we update amongst the 5 of us.

One feature that we are missing out on is the ability to re-assign keyboard shortcut by 'unchecking' the share shortcut and then re-adding a new shortcut for the same key. This would allow our team to share a central database of shortcuts, but still allow individual users to have some customization options if they don't want a certain shortcut mapped to a certain key combo.

Another feature we use regularly is the Quick Search popup to retrieve certain autocomplete strings. We found in our testing this week that when disconnected from the shared network drive, fast keys will appropriately use a backup file (which is great) but then the shared autocomplete strings will not show up in Quick Search unless we reconnect to the network drive.

If these two features were improved upon, our team would recommend Fast Keys to anyone looking to increase their productivity!

Thanks for your kind feedback.
The first issue was already identified and FastKeys will allow not active duplicates in the next release.
The second issue is a bug. Thanks for reporting, it will be resolved with the next update too.
