Good Afternoon All,

A week or so ago, I noticed that my FastKeys program was having issues loading and it never seemed to be running anymore. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but I had no luck in fixing this. I was out of town for the past few days so today's the first time I've had to really give this a shot to fix it. Again, uninstalled and reinstalled this morning (to a different location that before). Upon running FastKeys, the program loads the small loading status bar and then the FastKey icon appears in my notification bar until I mouse over it. It then closes immediately.

I pulled the following information about the event from my Window's Event Viewer. Any suggestion on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated as I need my hotkeys back as soon as possible. Thanks!

Could you check if FastKeys is blocked by anti virus or similar software?

I'm running Norton and I've checked everything I can think of there. It all looks good and options related to FastKeys are all set to "Allow."

Can you send your settings.fdb and settings.ini files from FastKeys/Data folder to our support mail?

Because of my experience, we have to delete the directory "c:\Users\<user_name>\Documents\FastKeys Backup\", a macro was recorded that was not closed. Make a backup before.
