First, thanks for this wonderful program. It really is a pleasure to use and does so many things I've long searched for. I wish I had it when I used a Windows Tablet because it would have saved me tons of frustration.

So...

I'm a playwright and like to create shortcuts for my character names by pressing just the first letter of the character's name.
So I have a character named Tom with the string for activating the shortcut the letter t.
It works fine until I type a word like can't and then it thinks the t at the end is a separate word and changes it to can'tom.
Is there any workaround for this, so it doesn't expand words with apostrophes?
I know I shouldn't be creating shortcuts with single letters, but it's the way I've come to work.

Thanks.

Apostrophe is one of the ending characters as defined in Preferences/Text Expander. Remove it from the list and try if it works for you.
