I am a heavy user of Serif PagePlus, a desktop publishing program.
One could make something happen in the program by choosing an icon for a list and putting it at the top of the window where one left click of the mouse would activate it. Now Serif have largely replaced this facility in their Affinity Publisher by a comprehensive set of keyboard shortcuts, as have many other software programs.
After looking at your website I wondered if it would be possible to use Fastkeys to do the following:
Allow me to design an icon with a jpg file which would incorporate an Fastkeys program. This then could be moved to the desktop. Clicking this with the left click of the mouse would action a set of keyboard presses in whatever program would be running at the time.
I could pay a programmer to do it no doubt but I would favour a cheaper way if it were possible.
If I could do this I could produce a set of icons that would do the same as I could do in PagePlus, only this time with the possibility to use on any active program.
Any advice and help in this I would very much appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

A Question about Fastkeys
Check FastKeys Start menus. You can design your toolbars to trigger any action.
