I would like to ask if FastKeys can insert phrases into a virtual machine created in VMware Workstation Pro and which uses the Windows 10 operating system. I read in the forums of other similar applications that it is not possible because there are limitations.

FastKeys works in remote desktops. In certain cases, some settings may need to be adjusted. It could also be that remote desktop installs a keyboard hook which takes precedence over FastKeys.

In case of trouble please try the following:
- restart FastKeys after starting RDP,
- use RDP in windowed mode (not full-screen),
- enable RDP settings like "Apply Windows key combinations" or similar.

On my desktop I have VMware Workstation Pro installed in which there is a virtual machine running Ubuntu 22.04. Then I installed FastKeys, it is in the same operating system as VMware. Unfortunately, phrases cannot be entered in Libre Writer opened in the virtual machine.

The only solution would be to use a macro creator such as Pulover's Macro Creator to take the phrases into the virtual machine (Copy & Paste). I have seen some tutorials on YouTube and I think it's the right solution in this case.
