Trying to get Snipping Tool to work from Text Expander. I choose run and have tried to put in both the shortcut (lnk file) as well as SnippingTool.exe directly and while it seems to run and not show any errors, the snipping tool does not run. I have trigger immediately checked.

Thoughts?

It is dependent on the Windows version. Does this work (Type: Command)?
