Change Caps Text Utility - select some text and press Ctrl-CapsLock (default shortcut). Menu appears with some useful functions.

Some things obviously changed in Win10. Right click on the empty space of the Tray bar and select "Show windows stacked" - same thing. Someone says this is by design but I think this is a bug introduced by removing window borders. http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/wind ... 4f9e99e9b9 You ...

Yes, you can save/use a settings file (and phrase files/wordlists) from any folder location.
