Not really, it's just that depending on the top window contents the window underneath may not be visible in a usable way at the specific level.

Yup, 3.09 on both, same language, and running as Admin on both. Really weird then...!

This is really weird. At home it works fine; at the Office PC: ¨¨¨.

Any way I can trouble shoot this? At home I'm runing Win10, at the office Win7 (both 64x).

Ehm... interesting. It works fine on my home laptop but I had issues at the office! Will check again on monday...

Just look at the keyboard -the hardware keyboard- itself ; is the key usually found on the right of L, containing ';' and ':' .
