After extensive testing we could not reproduce this in our computers. What are your computer specs?

Sure, simply copy the learned wordlist to Dropbox and update the path in Auto Complete item settings.

I understood you need a quick reference. You could also use
- Quick find menu (Alt-Space, Preferences/Shortcuts)
- "Show suggestions as you type" option (Preferences/Text Expander)
