Sure as I do home inspection reports it would be great to be able to open a document that contains code information, warranty info, photos or illustration perhaps that can be searched and entered into a report if needed. This document must be able to have a search function and then use it for like a...

Notepad document for a specific program
I am a home inspector and would like to be able to create a document that contains information for reports. This would only be available while using a particular software program. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to do this?

Creating a Form
I would like to have a simple pre-written statement that would require a client name to be inserted at the start. This would need to be performed manually. Is there a way that I can do this simply?
